We promise to be on top of your order. Orders placed by midnight pacific time, will be sent out the following day providing the item is in stock. Should there be a stock issue or any other issue from our end, we will notify you by sending an e-mail to the contact information provided. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All merchandise will be thoroughly inspected for quality, damage, flaws, etc., before it is shipped to you, our customer. Therefore, if you should wish to return an item, we will only offer credit for the TRUCE store. If there is a size issue, we will exchange the item, less shipping costs.
Cancelling an order: Should you wish to cancel an order, an E-mail must be sent to us before 9a.m. pacific time, the day following the date that the order was placed. For example: order was placed on the 13th at 11:00 p.m. pst. e-mail must be received by us before 9:00 a.m. pst. on the 14th.
